my day today was better.=)


went to sch early for morning run..


when i reached,there was onli me and honghwee.haha..we didn't talk much lah..


ziming was there too.


so he walked over to the blue sky and we all stoned.haha!



for today's training..we[me,jam,masaki and honghwee] did abdominals together..it was so retarded lah.but very funny.haha..


den they say run a lil bit today.7rnds.okay okay lor.


had maths remedial..

after that,me and jamie went outside to sch and met adina and evonne..so we ate together.
